Meet Ashlee Leppert (Olbricht)
Ashlee Leppert is an author, public speaker, and faith-based mentor who offers guidance and mentorship to individuals seeking deeper purpose, healing, and growth. A U.S. Coast Guard aviation veteran, she humbly received the prestigious Air Medal for her heroic rescues during the devastating Hurricane Harvey in 2017, where she and her helicopter rescue crew saved dozens of lives. In recognition of her bravery and service, President Trump invited her as an honored guest to the 2018 State of the Union Address where she received two standing ovations.

Ashlee leads with transparency and courage as she shares her story to inspire others. After walking through profound personal challenges that took her on a roller coaster journey with her faith, she now boldly and authentically speaks about the hope, healing, and life-changing power she has found in Jesus—inviting others to explore that same transformation in their own lives. She says, “I may no longer be able to serve this great nation by physically saving people in the helicopter, but now through my faith-based mentorship, I can support people mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.”
Ashlee received both her Life Coaching and Mental Health Coaching certifications through Light University. Drawing from her experience serving in the military and operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, she brings a unique perspective on resilience, leadership, and personal growth. She also holds a Military Resilience certification through American Military University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. Ashlee is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Christian Leadership through Liberty University, further expanding her knowledge and ability to support individuals through personal, professional, and life challenges.
